Dades gorges and the rose valley
Morning departure from Ouarzazate by the 4×4 car to Skoura oasis along a track to see all the Kasbahs, some sadly in a state of disrepair but idyllically placed amongst the palm trees. Once back on the main road, the route passes through the valley of roses with a stop in Kela’a M’gouna to have a berber tea. A track leads us through the rose valley, also known as the valley of a thousand kasbahs, to reach the Dades gorges for lunch, followed by a walk alongside the river. In the afternoon, we drive through the Boumalne Dades valley and arrive back in Ouarzazate at the end of the day.
